A: Yeah. We will need the name of the website that you would like us to transfer. We’ll also require a way to log into your present hosting account so that we can get the files pertaining to your site.

A: Before we can begin the transfer of your account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to disclose essentially the same details you have given to your present web host. We’ve also got a very rigid Privacy Policy, which specifies how personal info is used.

A: While we migrate your website, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your former web hosting provider. A: While we transfer your website content, your hosting provider will not be aware of the migration at all. We will not get in touch with them in any way.

A: We can migrate your website from any hosting provider or any Linux–based web hosting platform as long as we can obtain access to the Control Panel and there is FTP access available.The only web sites that we’re unable to transfer are those based on closed–source software apps like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
